Anyone who uses products that contain chemicals, such as scented candle, in their work needs to be informed about the products' properties, risks and the protective measures to be taken. Companies that place products on the market where there are legal requirements must therefore provide safety data sheets to those who use the products professionally and to those who resell the products.
The responsibility for drawing up a safety data sheet for a chemical product lies with the manufacturer or importer. Actors further down the distribution chain may also need to produce and provide safety data sheets if they change the product in any way. They may use their suppliers' sheets, but may sometimes need to customize the content. Everyone who provides safety data sheets is responsible for ensuring that the information in the sheet is correct, even if they have not produced the sheet themselves. Safety data sheets should be as easy to read and clear as possible. In Sweden, they must be written in Swedish and contain all information that is important to know in order to prevent damage to people and the environment. They must also be adapted to Swedish conditions and regulations.
Here you will find all SDS.
Please note that they only available in Swedish and that you need to be a customer at Milton Home and have your

CLP stands for Classification, Labeling and Packaging, and the EU regulation has number 1272/2008. The CLP Regulation contains the rules for classification, labeling and packaging of chemical products in Sweden and within the EU. The regulation applies to all substances and mixtures as well as explosive objects placed on the EU market.
The rules that apply to cosmetics. eg our Soap and Lotion, are common to all countries within the EU and a central part of the rules
is that the products must be safe for consumers. In Sweden, the cosmetics rules have been linked to the Environmental Code, which gives the Medical Products Agency and the municipalities strong powers to demand measures and decide on sanctions when Swedish companies break the rules.
All cosmetic products on the Swedish market that are sold must comply with the cosmetics legislation which consists of:
Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products
Regulation (EU) No 655/2013 on common criteria for claims concerning cosmetic products
Ordinance (2013: 413) on cosmetic products
The Medical Products Agency's regulations (LVFS 2013: 10) on cosmetic products.
For every cosmetic product sold or marketed in the EU / EEA, there must be a safety report, ie a scientific document stating that the product is safe to use. The assessment must be made by an expert with the right qualifications and competence. The safety report must clearly state that the cosmetic product, with its ingredients, is safe for human health during normal or reasonably foreseeable use.
All our soap and lotion meet all requirements and these documents and reports, CPSR, are available from Milton Home AB- Pumpvägen 4 -SE 243 93 Höör
