Milton Home AB is a Swedish brand that offers unique home furnishing products to retailers.
Milton Home does not sell directly to private individuals. As an approved and registered reseller, you will get a customer number that you
need to be able to log in and shop via our webshop. If you are not already
a customer but want to become one, you can apply here.
Order
Orders are made either via our webshop, e-mail or telephone. To be able to use the webshop, you must be organized as a customer.
If you choose to place an order via our webshop, you fill the shopping cart with products by using the buy buttons for each product, if you want more of the same item, write you enter it in the "number box" before you press "buy". When the item has been added to the shopping cart, it can be seen in the "shopping cart box" at the top right. From there you can acces the shopping cart and change the contents. When you are satisfied with the products you have added to the shopping cart, it is time to complete the order. Check the order carefully before approving the order. When you continue with the purchase, you have approved the order. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the invoicing and delivery information you provide for previous orders is still correct. An e-mail message will be sent automatically when the order is completed, this is not an order confirmation but a receipt that we have received your order. After checking your order and registering it, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Check it carefully and contact us immediately if you find that something is wrong. Your order confirmation is normally sent within 24 hours and if not, please contact us..
Terms of sale
Our prices are stated in SEK excluding VAT.
Milton Home AB reserves the right to price adjustments due to currency changes, our suppliers' price changes and take-back costs without special notice.
Within Sweden, we have no limit for the lowest order value, but for orders with a product value of less than SEK 800, a handling fee of SEK 175 will be charged. Shipping is added to each shipment. Orders made with a smaller number than the minimum purchase, an entire package, will be increased up to the nearest entire package.
Payment is made against an invoice that is sent primarily via email.
If you in any way think an invoice or a reminder invoice is incorrect, please contact us.
Advance payment applies to new customers and start-ups. A credit check is made before credit can be provided.
We reserve the right to disclaim liability for any goods that run out of stock,final sales, printing errors and differences in design such as color, dimensions or weight, incorrectly stated prices and we reserve the right to adjust.
Other fees may apply for shipments outside Sweden.
Terms of delivery
We deliver your order as soon as all or most of the products you ordered are in stock. This can take different lengths of time, depending on the season, supplier delays, final sales etc. Normal delivery time if your goods are in stock is 4 working days. During high season it can take longer.
Free Höör as follows unless otherwise agreed:
Alt 1. The goods are sent at our expense and are charged together with the goods. However, the shipping fee is not displayed in the webshop.
Alt 2. The goods are sent with your carrier on your own agreement.
Within Sweden, the shipping cost is 7% of the order value.
We have a minimum shipping cost of 295.- for parcel shipments, 395.- for shipments on half pallets and 695.- for shipments on EUR pallets.
Disposable pallets are charged with SEK 75 +VAT, half pallets with SEK 50 +VAT and EUR pallets with SEK 120 +VAT.
Fragile goods are always delivered on pallets.
We mainly use Dachser, DHL, Bring and Postnord. Transport takes place on the carrier's terms. The seller can not be held responsible for transport damage. If the goods are damaged on arrival, this must be noted on the carrier's consignment note. Notification must be made to the carrier within 5 days.
Special delivery terms and shipping apply to shipments outside Sweden.
Returns and Complaints
Visible damage on delivery must be noted on the consignment note and the driver must, if possible, confirm the damage in writing on the consignment note.
Notification to the carrier must be made within 5 days.
Faults, no matter what, caused by Milton Home are returned free of charge.
The full return shipping cost for incorrectly ordered goods made by the customer will be debited and the goods are credited with the purchase price minus 25%.
Note that only goods without price marking, goods with all Milton Home labels intact and with complete packaging can be returned.
In cases where you are complaining about an item, we are happy to see that you document the error with photos to facilitate handling.
Return of goods can only take place after approval from Milton.
Returns must, in addition to being packed in their original packaging, be packed in such a way that they are protected and can be transported to Milton Home warehouse.
Product information
Weight, color shades and exact size can differ from item to item and from delivery to delivery. This is because most of our products are made by hand.
The pictures you see on the website should of course illustrate the product that is shown. In some cases, there may be minor variations. An example of this can be if a product is available in different colors and if an image of a product in the correct color is missing, then it may happen that a similar product but in a different color is displayed as a replacement image. In case of differences between product title, description and image, it is the product title that applies.
If you are unsure and have any questions regarding the product, you are welcome to contact us.
We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products in real life. Our ambition is of course to reflect them as accurately as possible. All our products follow the laws and regulations that exist within Sweden and the EU.
Pots and vases in ceramic and joined pots and vases of eg metal are water resistant, despite this we can not 100% guarantee water tightness due to any glaze cracks and air bubbles as well as small holes in the joint. Therefore, do not place such products directly on delicate surfaces.

Force majeure
We can not be held responsible for delays and errors due to circumstances beyond the company's influence, such as labor dispute, fire, war, weather or government decisions. Nor for non-delivery from our supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for changes made to our products without our knowledge and beyond our control. The company is also never responsible for direct or indirect damage / loss that may occur to the customer.
Retention of title
The responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer immediately upon delivery, or upon collection of goods made by the buyer or his agent at Milton Home warehouse. We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until full payment has been made to Milton Home AB. The ownership then passes to the buyer. Before that, the buyer undertakes to take care of the goods and not make changes to the products or packaging.
Newsletter and SMS
We send out newsletters at regular intervals. You can always unsubscribe from these if you want. In the mailing there is a link that you click on and follow the instructions there to unsubscribe. However, this may mean that you miss certain information from us. The mobile phone number you provided to us may be used for SMS notification of delivery or other communication.

You are considered to have approved personal data processing by contacting us, applying to be a customer or placing orders.
By approving, you agree to Milton Home AB handles your personal data, according to the EU regulation GDPR, in order to be able to administer and fulfill its
obligations as a supplier, and to send out relevant information.
We save your information for as long as the business relationship runs and thereafter and comply with applicable law.
What we need to secure our commitment to you as a customer is, among other things:

Org no.
Payment information, bank details, account number and, where applicable, IBAN, SWIFT etc.
